We operate using a fixed fee structure rather than charge you an hourly rate, and we are proactive
in looking at ways to increase your business and save you money.

(You only pay for the services you require, whether you are after basic tax compliance or require assistance with growing your business)
At Plant and Associates we understand our clients needs can vary, that is why we offer a menu style fee structure. You only pay for the services you require and you don't end up with any nasty accounting bills.

DISCOUNT OF $11.00 per person for Individual 2012 Tax Returns posted/emailed in to our office bbetween 01 July 2012 and 31 October 2012. (We will still call you if there are any queries to ensure you get every deduction and tax offset you are entitled to.)
Want to prepare your tax return your self to save money? Click here to go to our online tax return page, ensure you select us as your tax agent representative. When you have completed the steps, we will be notified and will review your return for obvious errors before lodging. NOTE: This does not entitle you to our full service - if you are unsure of whether you are entitled to additional deductions, you should make an appointment or post/email your information in to us.
If you have 4 or more people wanting individual tax returns done at the same time then we can come out to you (within a 20km radius of either of our offices) If you live outside these areas, we would require a minimum of 8 people.
In August each year we travel to Hervey Bay and Maroochydore to take appointments with our clients in the surrounding areas. If you would like an appointment please contact us to register your interest.
Costs involved in the set up of Self Managed Super Funds, Trusts and Companies
We use Cleardocs as a provider of the corporate register, trust deeds and SMSF documentation. The documentation has been prepared by Maddocks lawyers. We do strongly recommend that you seek legal advice if you are concerned about asset protection or have complex affairs.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Partnerships generally do not involve any legal documentation, however if required, this is an additional cost that you will incur with your legal firm. Our cost for the registrations of the Partnership for TFN, ABN, GST and PAYG is $330.00
If you require the recreation of your corporate register the cost is $330.00
Annual ASIC fee has recently increased to $226.50pa. The ASIC fee for new companies is $426.
